 Medical Consultant

The Personal Medical Consultant is the first to contact the patient, always within one workday of the patient’s submission form. The consultant will speak to the patient to fully understand the issue, and then compile his or her medical records. The medical consultant develops together with the relevant specialists a uniquely designated diagnostic and treatment plan including a financial estimation which he then reports to the patient. Our medical consultants have consulting competence in healthcare and boast extensive knowledge and experience with regard to an array of medical processes.

Personal Case Manager

As soon as the program is established, the Personal Case Manager contacts the hospital and builds a treatment plan; he arranges all of the necessary medical appointments and contacts the patient prior to his/her departure providing all the details of the upcoming process. The Case Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the patient fully understands his/her treatment program and options, and accompanies the patient to doctor appointments. Moreover, the Case Manager handles the patient’s unique desires, such as a tour, a room change, refilling a prescription, etc..., as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Our Case Managers hold degrees pertaining to medical or human relation fields and have experience in client relation or management roles at various medical or otherwise relevant institutions.
